This course provides a comprehensive introduction to meditation, offering guidelines on developing and deepening meditation practice suitable for complete beginners. Learn meditations to relax body and mind, achieve inner peace and mental clarity, and develop a kind and patient attitude towards others.

No booking required. Suggested Donation : HK $50 – $100 each class

All donations are used to run and develop the Centre and spread Buddha’s precious teachings. 

The Teacher

Gen Kelsang Rabten is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Hong Kong. He has trained and practiced in meditation for over 20 years. His teachings are simple, precise and practical for modern people.
