About KMC HK

Our centre has moved to new location since Jan 4, 2012 : 1/F, Causeway Tower, 16-22 Causeway Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.

Kadampa Meditation Centre Hong Kong (KMC HK) is a registered non-profit organization in Hong Kong. The principle goal of KMC HK is to spread the wisdom of Buddha's teachings and give practical methods to help integrate these teachings into modern daily life. We offer systematic study and meditation programmes through drop-in classes, day courses, lunchtime meditations, weekend meditation retreats and in-depth study classes. KMC HK is strategically located in the heart of the bustling commercial and residential district of Causeway Bay so as to serve as the oasis for busy city people to find refuge and inner peace.
