About the Course
This retreat will review the practices and teachings given at Asian Festival. It is a special opportunity for those who attended the festival to get a deeper experience of the topics through meditation, and for those who didn’t attend to receive a special experience of the teachings offered at the Festival.
Conducted in Cantonese with English and Mandarin translation

KMC HK is a registered charitable organization in Hong Kong (granted exemption under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance). All donations are used to run the Centre and spread Buddha’s Teachings.
The Teacher
Dianna Lau has trained under Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for many years. She is skilled in applying the ancient wisdom of Buddha’s teachings to contemporary living. Drawing from personal experiences, Dianna shares insights on how to skillfully apply Dharma in a positive and practical approach in order to meet the challenges in our modern lives.
