The Mahamudra meditations explained by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche in his book The Oral Instructions of Mahamudra are a quick and straightforward method for accomplishing enlightenment, the real meaning of our human lives.

For these meditations to be effective, we need to prepare our mind through the practice of the Preliminaries. This 4-week meditation retreat will provide a precious opportunity to train in the practice of the four great preliminary guides.

There are 4 sessions each day. Gen Tonglam will give teaching and guide all retreat sessions on 3, 10, 17, 24 January and the last session on 30 January. Please note that there are no teachings and guided meditations in other sessions.0
