Guru Yoga and Mandala Offering Retreat

The word ‘mandala’ means ‘universe’. When we offer a mandala to the holy beings we are offering everything – the whole universe and everyone in it. Imagining that we are holding this pure universe in our hands, we offer it to all the enlightened beings.

Through this special practice, we can strengthen the connection with our Spiritual Guide and accumulate vast amount of merit which is the main condition for attaining Dharma realizations.

Please bring your own mandala kit. If you wish, you can purchase it at the Centre.
