‘How to Transform Your Life’ written by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche is a practical manual for daily life that shows how we can develop and maintain inner peace, how we can reduce and stop our experience of problems, and how we can bring about positive changes in our lives that will enable us to experience deep and lasting happiness.

This is one of Venerable Geshe-la’s most popular and accessible books and will be the subject of this year’s International Summer Festival teachings.

The Teachers

Gen Kelsang Rabten is the NKT-IKBU National Spiritual Director for Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia and the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Centre Hong Kong.

Gen Rabten is a pure disciple who has trained under the guidance of his Spiritual Guide, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, for more than 20 years. His teachings are precise and compassionate, and he exemplifies the essence of the modern Kadampa’s way of life, inspiring many people to embark on this meaningful path.


Kelsang Dachog has been studying Kadampa Buddhism under the guidance of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for over ten years. Dachog is known for her clear and expressive teachings. She shares her experience of how to integrate Buddha’s teachings into the context of day-to-day working life in a relaxing and practical way.


Dianna Lau has trained under Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for many years. She is skilled in applying the ancient wisdom of Buddha’s teachings to contemporary living. Drawing from personal experiences, Dianna shares insights on how to skillfully apply Dharma in a positive and practical approach in order to meet the challenges in our modern lives.


Yasmin Li is a registered music therapist. When she met the precious teaching of Kadam Dharma in 2006, she was inspired to integrate Buddha’s wisdom into her daily life and work to benefit the people she meets.  In her teaching of Dharma, she always use examples from her daily life and work to illustrate vividly how modern Buddhism is the only practical way to solve all the problems.
