8 Steps to Happiness: The Buddhist Way of Loving Kindness

Tuesdays  7:30pm – 9:00pm

Learn how to transform every moment of life into a step on the path to inner peace, and in particular how to transform all of life’s difficulties into truly liberating experiences. Based on the much loved Tibetan poem ‘8 verses of training the mind’ by Geshe Langri Tangpa (1054–1123 CE), this course will show a new way of finding happiness.
