Through practising these instructions explained by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche in his book ‘How to Transform Your Life’, we can transform our life into one of pure and everlasting happiness. These instructions are scientific methods to improve our human nature.

All donations are used to run and develop the Centre and spread Buddha’s precious teachings.
Gen Kelsang Rabten is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Hong Kong. He has trained and practiced in meditation for over 20 years. His teachings are simple, precise and practical for modern people.
Marie-Line Dupont moved to HK and joined KMC HK classes since 2011, she finds the meditation practices useful in helping to cope with her life in family and work.
Denise Lim joined KMC Hong Kong classes since 2009. Inspired by Buddha’s ancient wisdom and the practicality of how meditation practices can be integrated to our modern life, Denise is encouraged through training of the mind, inner peace is possible for protection against sufferings and problems.
Tina Chu has studied Dharma at KMC Hong Kong ever since receiving blessings of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche four years ago. Integrating Buddha’s teachings into every aspect of her city lifestyle has benefited her in countless ways, improving relationships, work and overall happiness. Through her teaching, she hopes to share her experiences and help others do the same.
