About the Course

On this course Gen Tonglam will give a commentary to a precious text that encapsulates the very heart of Kadampa Buddhism, Advice from Atisha’s heart.

This extremely practical advice, given by the great Indian master Atisha, the founder of Kadampa Buddhism, explains how to apply Buddha’s teachings to everyday life.

It shows how, regardless of our circumstances, we can live a pure life, free from negativity and gradually progress towards an attainment of extraordinary inner peace and happiness that we can share with others.

Gen Tonglam will show how this ancient wisdom can be applied to our busy modern lives, and how by sincerely applying Atisha’s advice each one of us can develop a pure Kadampa heart.
