About the Course

Buddha Vajrapani is the embodiment of the spiritual power of all the Buddhas. His function is to help us destroy our delusions by bestowing special power upon our body and mind.

During this weekend, Gen Kelsang Tonglam will give teachings on how to overcome anger through the power of patience, and on the last day we have the opportunity to receive the blessing empowerment of Buddha Vajrapani and learn how we can experience a fearless mind which embraces whatever challenges life presents us with through relying upon the spiritual power of this enlightened being.

The Teacher

Gen Kelsang Tonglam is the National Spiritual Director of Kadampa Buddhism for East Asia and the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Centre Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Gen Tonglam is a pure disciple who has trained under the guidance of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for over twenty years. He is renowned for his ability to present Buddha’s most profound teachings in simple and most practical ways, injecting a renewed enthusiasm and driving force in our ordinary life.
