Weekend Meditation Retreat with Gen Kelsang Dornying

12-14 April at Kadoorie Centre, Shek Kong

Buddha taught that the mind is clarity, an empty-like space with the power to perceive. He also revealed that the true nature of reality is space-like emptiness. When we mix the space of our mind with the space of reality, an unimaginable peace and happiness arises. This everlasting stillness and freedom is the true destination of the spiritual seeker.

After the Day Course, there is a special opportunity to deepen our meditation experience on emptiness. Escape your smartphone and the stress of modern life with a few days of guided meditation. Gen Dornying will take us step by step through the meditations on emptiness. Everyone is welcome from beginners questioning the meaning of life to experienced meditators. Whatever your lifestyle, come and see for yourself how meditation on emptiness will change your life forever.

The retreat will start on Friday 8pm and finish on Sunday 1pm. Teachings in English with Cantonese and Mandarin translation.
