About the Course

The Mahamudra meditations explained by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche in his book The Oral Instructions of Mahamudra are a quick and straightforward method for accomplishing enlightenment, the real meaning of our human lives.

For these meditations to be effective, we need to prepare our mind through the practice of the Preliminaries. This 4-week meditation retreat will provide us an opportunity to train in the practice of the four great preliminary guides.

Since all the meditation retreat sessions are self-guided, it is recommended that you attend the Commentary on 13 December and the four teachings during the retreat.

To help us prepare for the Commentary and the retreat, booking is required.
