About the Course
In this retreat, based on the teachings given at the International Fall Festival 2017, Gen Dornying will guide us through the essential practices of training the mind (Lojong).
The retreat will give us the opportunity to explore the instructions in Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche’s book Universal Compassion. We will take these instructions deep into our heart in guided meditation and experience the true happiness that comes from developing a compassionate mind. Learn how this feeling of compassion, and other mind training techniques give us the power to remain calm and happy all the time, even when faced with adverse conditions.
