About the Course

The New Year is a very auspicious time of the year, especially for making connection with Buddha Amitayus.

During this weekend, Yasmin will guide us through the essential teaching and meditations on the practice of “ The Yoga of Buddha Amitayus”. Through engaging in this practice, we can strengthen our connection with Buddha Amitayus, increase our lifespan and wisdom and accumulate lots of merits.

Let’s increase our inner wealth together in the New Year.

We will be using “The Yoga of Buddha Amitayus” prayer booklet. Please bring your own copy if you have one. You can also purchase the prayer booklet at the Centre if you wish.

Prayers to be chanted in English. 

Everyone is welcome. Generous donation is greatly appreciated.

All donations are used to run and develop the Centre and spread Buddha’s precious teachings. 

The Teacher

Yasmin Li has been practising Kadampa Buddhism and meditation for more than 10 years and teaching the drop-in meditation classes since 2012. She is a warmhearted and dedicated member of the KMC HK spiritual community.

When giving teachings, she often shares her experience on how to integrate Buddha’s teachings into modern working life with an inspiring and practical way.
