About the Course

With a busy and complicated modern life, where distractions are plentiful and time to meditate is minimal, how can we solve our daily problems and be happy all the time?

In this weekend course, Gen Rabten will share with us the practices of training the mind, based on Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche’s book “The New Eight Steps to Happiness”, guiding us to authentic love and compassion, and transforming the problems and difficulties of everyday life into valuable spiritual insights. Through this we can develop and maintain a peaceful and happy mind all the time.

Everybody welcome.
