Love Without Pain
Our love for others is an inexhaustible source of happiness and inspires us to express our virtuous qualities. So, why is it that we sometimes feel our loved ones can be the cause of our pain, discouragement or even hatred & anger. In this course, we will learn the difference between the mind of love and the mind of attachment. Having the ability to distinguish between these different minds will help us increase our love and reduce the pain caused by attachment.
