For those with New Kadampa Tradition Highest Yoga Tantra empowerments, we invite you to strengthen your connection with Buddha Heruka by engaging in a qualified counting retreat at Kadampa Meditation Centre Hong Kong. Take time out to thoroughly immerse yourself in this close retreat, which will enable you to draw close to Buddha Heruka and receive his blessings and protection.

The retreat will begin with the retreat preliminary and conclude with a Fire Puja. For a close retreat, it is necessary to recite the essence mantra and close essence mantra of the Father and the essence mantra and close essence mantra of the Mother 100,000 times each, and the retinue mantra 10,000 times.
