About the Course
Nyungnay is a special fasting and purification practice performed in conjunction with prostrations and prayers to Thousand-armed Avalokiteshvara, the manifestation of the compassion of all the Buddhas. This is a very powerful method for purifying negativity of body, speech, and mind, and for pacifying delusions such as strong attachment and anger. It is also a special way of improving our minds of love, compassion, and receiving the compassionate blessings of Avalokiteshvara.
Come celebrate Buddha’s Enlightenment Day with us as we engage in the powerful purification practice of Nyungnay on 15 April.
* You are welcome to join all or any of the sessions provided you receive the Mahayana Precepts at 6:30am on that day (during the 1st session of each day).
