About the Course
The foundation of the Buddhist way of life is to go for refuge to the Three Jewels: Buddha, Dharma and Sangha. Once a year, we engage in a Refuge Retreat to deepen our personal experience of refuge and inner protection. Therefore enhancing our progress along the path to supreme happiness.
This is unguided retreat. Booking is not required.

* Starting from 1 September 2022, we will be reducing online availability and returning to in-person attendance at classes. There will remain some opportunities to attend online for those who are currently living in HK and unable to attend in-person with valid reason.
