If we understand the role of imagination, born from an understanding of karma and intention, we can create the self and world we wish to experience through engaging in the practice of mandala offerings.

When we offer a mandala we mentally transform the whole universe into a Pure Land, imagining that all its inhabitants are pure beings and that all its objects are precious substances. We then imagine that we are offering this pure universe in our hands to the Buddhas. This beautiful and creative practice is an extraordinarily powerful method for accumulating extensive merit which is the cause of future good fortune and happiness.

Join us for this special workshop that offers an opportunity to learn the meaning of the mandala offering and instruction on how to practice it.

Please bring along your own mandala kit if you have one.  We will have some mandala kits for sale at the Centre.

There will be an unguided Guru Yoga and Mandala Offering Retreat from 17 – 22 July to deepen enables us to strengthen our connection with our Spiritual Guide. No booking required.

11:30am – 1:00pm Demonstration & Practice

Teaching in Cantonese with English translation.
